OVERVIEW
Completed in 2015, this 28-unit LEED for Homes project was the first large-scale townhome project constructed in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood. Having purchased the land located just one block off the lake in 2012, the TreeHouse team went on to develop and broker the sales for this pioneering project built around a private, central park amenity.
DESIGN NOTES
The exterior materials include standing-seam metal with warm cedar rain-screen accents, while the modern interiors boast incredible architectural design with many daylighting features and sleek finishes. Our residents enjoy walking, running, biking, paddle boarding, waterskiing and many other recreational activities offered by the lake and trails adjacent to the property. To this day, FRAMEWORK is the gold standard for townhome living in Sloan’s Lake, with design and quality of construction that is second to none.
